Questions about Dreams

Dreams are stories and images that the mind makes up when we sleep. Some dreams can be very vivid and may make you feel joyful, sad, or scared. However, they may also seem confusing at times or be perfectly rational.

Dreams can happen at any time during sleep. But you have your most vivid dreams during a phase called REM sleep, when your brain is most active.

Scientific studies have found that dreams are a way for our brain to process what we see, feel, and do during the day.
